I'm a toy photographer based in Washington, USA
I’ve been behind the lens since 2010, but for years, I was capturing a world that didn’t quite feel like my own. I spent over a decade shooting landscapes and nature, following a traditional path and trying to fit into a professional role that never truly fit me. In 2025, I stopped looking for the "right" role and started building my own.
Toy photography became my way of reclaiming a childhood I didn't get to fully experience.
This craft is more than a hobby; it is a deeply healing process. Through macro lenses and practical effects, I create the tiny, intricate universes inspired by life experiences and feelings that can sometimes be deeply introspective.
But we also have fun!!
My Whimsy
- The Subjects: I primarily shoot art toys, Pop Mart collectibles, Nendoroids, and figures that bring character and story into the frame.
- Hand-Crafted Environments: I build many of my own custom props and backgrounds from scratch.
- Collaborative Detail: I integrate 3D-printed objects modeled by talented artists within the community (you can find these credited under "Kit Credit" on my home page).
- Practical Magic: I prefer using real-world effects to create atmosphere
This space is dedicated to self-fulfillment and the simple, profound joy of play. Every shutter click is a gift to my inner child, and I am sincerely grateful to everyone who supports my work and follows my growth on Instagram.

Personal Info
When I’m not behind the lens, I’m usually at home with my husband and our five cats. I’m a total introvert and a chionophile at heart. I prefer sweater weather, overcast skies, and the cold of autumn and winter, preferably alongside a freshly brewed cup of coffee (I'm an unashamed coffee snob).
When I’m not crafting dioramas or developing analog film from vintage cameras, you’ll usually find me lost in a book/manga (I'm always listening to an audiobook while I craft), playing video games, or adding one more Pop Mart blind box or anime figure to my collection.
I’m also an avid knitter. A trip to Iceland back in 2018 completely sparked my love for Nordic fiber arts, and I taught myself to knit as soon as I got home. My specialty is the traditional Icelandic Lopapeysa sweater, and I have a deep appreciation for authentic, natural fibers—especially Álafosslopi, the spun wool from Icelandic sheep.
Whether I’m working with yarn, film, or miniature sets, my life revolves around taking things slow, crafting with my hands, and making space for the simple things that bring genuine joy.
